Clean Room Partition Panels
Pratham HVAC solutions modular cleanroom walls are a composite construction of two skins of GI Pre Painted or Powder Coated over an aluminum/GI framework with a PUF insulated (Density 40±2kg/m3). Standard modular clean room panel dimensions are 1200 mm wide with an overall length ranging up to 4 mt. Standard modular clean room walls panels have an overall thickness of 50 mm, 80 mm and 100 mm.

• Normal panels Dimensions-1200mm width and 3000mm height.
• Panel’s thickness – 50 mm to 100 mm.
• Infill – PUFF of 40±2 Kg / m3 density.
• Joining systems – panels shall be joined by GI/Aluminum connecting profiles system to insure structural rigidity and proper panel to panel alignment.
• Wall base runners – panels shall sit in a minimum 20-gauge galvanized steel track anchored to the floor required.
• Ceiling panel hanging arrangements –fixed from concrete ceiling or structural MS Grid.
• Coving and 3-way corners systems –Aluminum / PVC.
• Sealing systems – Silicon sealant / food grade sealant.
• Clean room window – our standard clean room window is with safety glass wrapped in anodized aluminum / PPGI / PCGI frames and radius corners. These are premanufactured in our modular wall panels before arriving to sites custom clean room windows sizes, colours and martials are available upon request.
